What I love about this little bowl of goodness is not only how fast it comes together but how satisfying it will leave you, especially those who have a sweet tooth!
INGREDIENTS — serves 2
1 Cup Remedy Kitchen MOP Porridge
2 Cups Almond milk (or similar)
2 tbsp Yoghurt of your choice
1 tsp Honey (optional)
Banana
Nutella
Maple Syrup -

We all have those days when you just need that little extra snack to get you through to your next meal ! Having these tasty little morsels in the fridge is the perfect guilt free way to fill that void without the artificial nasties that comes with highly processed supermarket snacks! The only problem I find is these moreish snacks never last long in our household….. first in best dressed!!
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 Cups MOP Milled Oat Porridge
1 Cup of pitted dates
1/2 Cup Desiccated Coconut
1/4 Cup Cacao powder
1/2 Cup Walnuts
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup

Strawberry & Rhubarb Porridge
This beautiful breakfast bowl is a little more time consuming than my other porridge recipes but its definitely worth the work! Perfect for a lazy Sunday when the world doesn’t seem quite so rushed. If you are a lover of rhubarb like me the flavours are simply delicious!
INGREDIENTS — serves 2
Stewed Rhubarb
2 Cups chopped Rhubarb
1/4 Cup Sugar

Another family favourite at our house is bao buns. Even though we aren’t vegetarians, I do like to think I’m a vegecarian! One small way of contribution to our planet’s welfare is by adding more nutrious vegetables to our day!
