While you were sleeping

Time poor? Overnight oats are the easiest breakfast for people on the go. A little food prep the night before and you’ll have the next three mornings covered.

CREAMY. CRUNCHY. FRESH.

SERVINGS: 3

STIRRING TIME: 4 Minutes, the night before

PREP TIME: 4 Minutes

TOTAL TIME: 8 Minutes

Ingredients — Serves 1

OATS

  • 3/4 cup Remedy Kitchen Omega Porridge

  • 3/4 cup coconut yoghurt

  • 3/4 cup almond milk

TOPPINGS THREE WAYS

‍ ‍ Banana overnight oats

  • 1 small banana, sliced

  • 1/3 cup granola

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

  • 1 tablespoon crushed nuts

Strawberry overnight oats

  • 6 strawberries, washed and chopped

  • 1/3 cup granola

  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut

Blueberry overnight oats

  • ½ cup blueberries, washed

  • 1/3 cup granola

  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds (pepitas)

Method

Step 1

Add the Oats, milk and yoghurt to a small airtight container, mix, cover and refrigerate overnight.

Step 2

Good Morning! Time to layer up. I like to place the overnight oats on the bottom, followed by the granola and then the fruit.

Top with fresh seasonal fruit, nuts, seeds, chia jam or whatever tickles your fancy! You can always double the recipe if you have many mouths to feed.

Top tip, overnight oats keep fresh in the fridge for 3-5 days.
