Blackberry Beauty… Collagen Oats!

Ingredients — Serves 2

Porridge

  • 1 cup Remedy Omega Porridge

  • 2 cups almond milk

  • 2 tablespoons coconut yogurt

Toppings

  • 1/4 cup granola

  • 2 scoops Seed Cycling + Collagen

  • 2 tbsp cashews

  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs

  • Blackberries (as many as you like!)

  • A sprinkle of fresh mint leaves



Method

Step 1,

Place 1 cup of Remedy Omega porridge and 2 cups of almond milk into a small saucepan. Stir constantly on a medium to low heat until you have your desired consistency. Remove from the heat, add the coconut yoghurt and nut butter, stir well. Divide between two bowls.

Step 2,

Mix the granola and collagen powder together and sprinkle over the porridge. Add the cashews, cacao nibs, blackberries, and mint leaves. I didn’t add any honey or maple syrup but if you’re a sweet tooth at heart please drizzle away! The magic about cooking is there are no rules and everyone’s tastebuds are different!
