Ingredients — Serves 2

Porridge

  • 1 cup Remedy Omega Porridge

  • 2 cups almond milk

  • 2 tablespoons coconut yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons of nut butter

Toppings

  • 1-2 plums, depending on size, washed and sliced

  • 3-4 figs, washed and sliced

  • 1/4 cup granola

  • 2 tablespoons raw buckwheat

  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds

  • 2 tablespoons slivered almonds

Method

Step 1,

Place 1 cup of Remedy porridge and 2 cups of almond milk into a small saucepan. Stir constantly on a medium to low heat until you have your desired consistency. Remove from the heat, add the coconut yoghurt and nut butter, stir well. Divide between two bowls.

Step 2,

Add the granola, raw buckwheat, hemp seeds, slivered almonds, plums and figs! I didn’t add any honey or maple syrup but if you’re a sweet tooth at heart please drizzle away!
