If that doesn’t make you want to sprinkle them all over your oaty breakfast, I don’t know what will! Another hero to my dish is The Peel Thing, If you haven’t already heard of them then you’re missing out! Their products are seriously the cherry on top, the créme de la créme!

Ingredients

Porridge

  • 1 cup Remedy Omega Porridge

  • 2 cups almond milk

  • 2 tbsp coconut yogurt

Toppings

  • 1/4 cup granola

  • 1 cup strawberries, wash and cut in half

  • 4 tbsp Raspberry Chia Jam

  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds

  • 2 tbsp freeze dried broken raspberries from The Peel Thing

  • A sprinkle of fresh mint leaves



Method

Step 1,

Place Omega porridge and almond milk into a small saucepan. Stir constantly on a medium to low heat until you have your desired consistency. Remove from the heat, add the coconut yoghurt and nut butter, stir well. Divide between two bowls.

Step 2,

Add the granola, strawberries, raspberry chia jam, sunflower seeds, freeze dried broken raspberries and mint leaves… and have a berry-tastic day!
