Pretty in Pink Overnight Oats

Never used Davidson Plum Powder? Curious about the flavour? Think rhubarb, sour cherries, and cranberries all in one! Slightly tart, beautifully bright, and perfect paired with vanilla yoghurt and fresh berries.

Ingredients

OVERNIGHT OATS

  • 1 cup MOP porridge (or Omega Porridge)

  • 1 cup vanilla coconut yoghurt

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 3-4 tablespoons Davidson Plum Powder

TOPPINGS

  • 1/2 cup vanilla coconut yoghurt

  • 6 strawberries

  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries

  • 1 tablespoon Davidson Plum Powder

  • 1 tablespoon The Peel Thing freeze dried broken raspberries


Method

Step 1, the night before.

Mix together in an air tight container the oats, yoghurt, milk, and Davidson plum powder. Stir well and let the fridge work its magic overnight!  


Step 2

Morning, time to dish up. Firstly, wash and slice up your strawberries. Layer the overnight oats, vanilla yoghurt, strawberries and raspberries. Garnish with Davidson plum powder and freeze dried broken raspberries.
