Peanut Butter Jelly (& Oaty) Time!

Why not turn your Oaty breakfast bowl into a childhood classic, all the flavors without the nasties.

TOTAL TIME: 9 Minutes


Ingredients — Serves 2

PORRIDGE

  • 1 cup Remedy Kitchen Milled Oat Porridge

  • 2 cups milk of your choice, I used almond

  • 1 tablespoon coconut yoghurt

TOPPINGS

  • 1 cup Raspberries

  • 1/4 cup peanuts

  • 1/4 cup granola for a little crunch

  • 4 tablespoons Raspberry Chia Jam

  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter, plus extra to drizzle


Method

Step 1

In a small saucepan combine the MOP oats and milk. Stir on a medium to low heat until the porridge thickens to your desired consistency. Turn heat off, stir in yoghurt.

Step 2

Top with granola, raspberries, raspberry chia jam, peanuts and peanut butter!
