Peanut Butter Jelly (& Oaty) Time!

Ingredients — Serves 2
PORRIDGE
1 cup Remedy Kitchen Milled Oat Porridge
2 cups milk of your choice, I used almond
1 tablespoon coconut yoghurt
TOPPINGS
1 cup Raspberries
1/4 cup peanuts
1/4 cup granola for a little crunch
4 tablespoons Raspberry Chia Jam
4 tablespoons peanut butter, plus extra to drizzle
Method
Step 1
In a small saucepan combine the MOP oats and milk. Stir on a medium to low heat until the porridge thickens to your desired consistency. Turn heat off, stir in yoghurt.
Step 2
Top with granola, raspberries, raspberry chia jam, peanuts and peanut butter!
