Ingredients — Serves 2

Porridge

  • 1 cup of Remedy Kitchen Milled Oat Porridge

  • 2 cups of milk of your choice (we used Almond Milk)

Toppings

  • 2 x tablespoons Nut butter we used Almond butter

  • Seed Cycle- one scoop per bowl depending on your cycle

  • Raspberries or fresh seasonal fruits

  • Pistachios

  • A drizzle of honey to sweeten (optional)


Method

Step 1

In a medium saucepan add 1 cup of porridge and two cups of milk. Turn the heat on a medium to low heat and stir until you have your desired consistency.

Step 2

Divide the porridge between two bowls. Top with Seed Cycle, raspberries and pistachios. For the sweet tooth, you can always drizzle a little honey on top!
